This year, we have been moving commonly used tools from FPMS directly onto your website's front-end. This change helps bring all your editing tools into one place.

This project is now complete.

All tools have had a new design refresh, and some have been reworked.  To help you adjust to the changes, we have written new help articles on every moved which can be found below:

🕒 Friends and Family Test - Recently Moved

We’ve streamlined the Friends and Family Test tool with new date filters and expanded reporting.

• Smart Filtering: Quickly view data for the last 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom range.
• Enhanced Reporting: Generate and download reports for specific periods or your entire history.
• Need help?: Check out our new FFT help article, ready for launch next week. 

Important - There is no action required from your side once we move this tool - If you currently use our FFT tool, everything will continue as normal.

🛠️ What else has moved?

You can now find these tools in your website's left-hand menu under Website Configuration:

• Opening Times: Manage your Regular and Special Openings or Closures. (View the Sites Help Guide)
• Sites: Manage your branch locations and contact details. (View the Sites Help Guide)
• Staff Tools: Add, edit, or remove team members easily. (View the Staff Help Guide)
• Newsletters: Upload Newsletters, or email your Newsletter members. (View the Newsletters Help Guide)
• PPG: Upload PPG minutes, add a contact or email your PPG members. (View the PPG Help Guide)
• Subscribers: Add, edit or remove Newsletter or PPG Subscribers. (View the Subscribers Guide)

Don't worry: Tools will remain available in FPMS for three months after they move to give you time to adjust. Eventually, this will lead to a single, unified login for everything.
