If you are wishing to request an appointment with a GP using our online consultation service, please read the following guidance:
- Please only use this service if you are requesting an appointment with a GP. For nurses appointments please call the Reception Team as normal on 01202 974700 to book an appointment.
- Please think Pharmacy First- Pharmacists can offer advice on a range of illnesses, such as coughs, colds, sore throats, ear infections, aches, and pains.
They can also give advice about medicines. This includes how to use your medicine, worries about side effects or any other questions you have.
If they cannot help you themselves, they can refer you to a GP or other health professional.
- Please ensure that you enter your personal details correctly on the online forms. Please note that we are unable to send into a GP if the details are incorrect and will result in your request being rejected and this could lead to a delay in treatment.
